Hey I try to keep the test server updated to as close as possible for actual testing, as to minimize the download wait time, but for some reason today my antivirus picked up what it called a "Suspicious.cloud" when it was downloading. When the client stopped downloading it tried to launch the game however again my antivirus picked up the "suspicious.cloud" and the game failed to launch.

The file associated with that title in my antivirus is called "lwjgl.dll". Is this a new file you guys have recently added, because my computer has never had a problem with your test server before, and i still have the same antivirus program of Symantec Endpoint Protection. My antivirus is up to date so i don't think that is the problem and i want to hear from you guys before i make an exception to it so i don't mess up my computer somehow.

For the record it is classifying this file as a "Heuristic Virus"

I sent a message to the support portal via an email but the email isn't as detailed as this and i thought it would be seen by more people here than anywhere else. Thanks for looking into this guys i can really appreciate it, as i would like to test out the eventual new stuff you said you were adding this November.

Norton always picks up on

Norton always picks up on these every time the test server updates. All I do is tell Norton to restore the files and to ignore them. Although, it must keep forgetting to ignore it. /shrug

That IS the "problem". An update on the definitions probably made it too sentive and suspicious of everything.
It would explain why it didn't happen here.

Game Master
Greetings,

This is a false positive and is the result of your antivirus being a little too vigilant. Three Rings does not distribute harmful files.

The file lwjgl.dll is not a new addition to the game files and is required for Spiral Knights to be able to run on Windows machines. If your antivirus has suddenly picked it up now it's the result of a policy update to your antivirus program. You can safely ignore its warning.
