Hi, okay, so I just came back from a super long hiatus and I'm having some difficulties. I can log on fine, but when I try to get to Haven I blackscreen and nothing happens. I can hit esc and quit from there but that's it.

A few things:
I more than meet the basic requirements for running the game.
I have two graphics cards on the Optimus system, I can choose to run the game on either and both have yielded the same results.
I've been through the technical FAQ and made sure all my drivers are up to date, as well as java and whatever else it tells me to do.
I'm at a uni which uses a ridiculously restrictive firewall. I don't think this is the issue, because I opened the ports needed and can obviously log in without issues, but it doesn't hurt to mention it.
I've tried using the web launcher and running it from my desktop. Same results.
