I have all the requirements to get into tier 2 but it won't let me past the wall. What happened a glitch or error?
Did you talk to the Warden? You can't hit the X button----you have to finish reading all of his dialogue.
Open your Character panel and click the progress tab----it will show you what you still need, if you missed something.
