Who is going to waste sparks reviving, when times have been lowered, you don't know how long it takes,and it is so expensive? Sure, someone with 300 sparks can rev for some time, but they are losing sparks faster than they r being gained. It won't change too many things. Reviving with sparks is stupid.
aBeing able to rev with sparks doesnt change a lot.

Farming vana gets you like 2-3 sparks per run? can't remember the last time I died there unless it was to try to switch shoot the boss or something silly. It's just... not a good option to have that in the game period.

The only problem I have with your argument is that it is 100% wrong. See above comments for my thoughts.
Before sparks people rev with energy. Now it's just cheaper.
