Ultimate Game Card or Prepaid CC
You can use the Ultimate Game Card, which is available at CVS, Walgreens, Walmart, etc.
If you buy one of those game cards, select the "Pay By Cash" option from the billing menu and follow the prompts from there.
Another way to pay without having a proper credit card is to buy a prepaid credit card at any grocery or drug store. These will have a fee to activate (typically $4-6), but then they can be used just like a regular credit card even if you are not eligible for a true credit card.
Don't think this game is big enough to have that kind of thing going on.
Certainly not out of the question that it might be added later though, if it grows enough.
