there is ONE person in the game with the required 4* shield
And seeing as how there are many people that have bought the recipe not knowing how rare the required 4* shield is I bet that person could find a recipe for under cost much less 2X the cost
Crest of Almire: 50k Cr <--- thats a pretty useless item right now, no one has the mats required to make it.
