Wherever I go whatever I do I got a lag problem.My PC look great ,I got 16GB free memory and the programs are up to date. Please if you know what's wrong answer.

SK is mostly cpu, so I wouldn't worry about your graphics card unless its like 5 yes old and integrated with the CPU.
try:
the tweaks in the link
setting java to high priority in task manager
running a lower SK resolution OR play full screen
updating your drivers
minimizing all your other apps
Razer game booster
etc..
if its connection issues, then:
update drivers
use cable instead of wireless
stop watching YouTube
change internet router
change ISP
move to the server
Could be many things. Connection lag and graphics card are two things that come to my mind. It doesn't matter if the graphics card is up to date, it needs to be capable first. Moving this to technical issues and describing the lag would be more helpful.
