In my opinion it is completely bull crap that you can not have items rolled back to your account if they are accidentally sold to a store.

The shop interface is a joke and it is way too hard to see which items are being sold when you are selling large amounts of the same item. Onto of this nonsense there is no buyback feature for this stupid shop interface.

So now if you happen to sell something REALLY RARE to a store you are screwed, even though nowhere in the terms of service do they state they don't provide item reinstatements.

After about $20 into this crap game, and a failed attempt to get some empathy from the support team, i'm done playing for good.

By the same token, nowhere in the TOS do they state that they will fix your errors either.

The shop interface is two stage. You must move an item to the transaction space and then confirm it. The system is allows you to double check before you finalize the transaction.

The system does not allow you to double check anything. Multiple items of the same type are stacked together. The worst possible design they could have ever used.

This is not a technical

This is not a technical support issue.
You need to submit a support ticket, but you also need to understand that NO game regularly reinstates items because of user errors. IF Three Rings does it for you, rest assured that it will be a one-time courtesy, and it will not happen again. Please be more careful in the future.

Also, please do not post the same thread in multiple places on the forum.

This thread is for problems that need to be answered faster than a ticket, or were not answered sufficiently by the ticket response.

Next time, you should make it clear that you already submitted a ticket and were told "no."

No they ignored the fact that

No they ignored the fact that I asked for a GM to recreate the item and went on to say that there currently is not a buyback feature for shops, as if i didn't already know that.
