At first, Spiral Knights wouldn't even load, and just came up with the message, "Multiple instances of this application's installer are running. This one will stop and let another complete.", but when I restarted my computer it seemed to be fixed. But now, when I start Spiral Knights, it just keeps on downloading and always stays at 0%. I tried restarting my computer again, but that didn't work. I also tried completely deleting any Spiral Knights related files and re-downloading the game, which doesn't seem to work, either. I've been able to load and play the game just fine before, but today it seems to be having issues. Is there a way to fix this?

Since you've removed all of the Spiral Knights files it may take longer than expected for the game to re-download them all. However, if you suspect the patcher is just spinning its wheels at 0% please post a copy of your launcher.log file from your Spiral Knights folder. This will show what the patcher is attempting to do and if it's failing somewhere.
