My screen goes black any time I try to enter haven. I validated my files twice, reinstalled once, I could have thought it would fully log me out in the time it takes to reinstall so I hoped that it would put me in a new haven. I joined a mission, and still couldnt go in haven; I have to force the game to close if I try to go there.
I logged on a different character, she couldnt go to haven either.
Please halp xD

I'm getting the exact same issue.
Didn't happen yesterday though. which is odd.
It's a shame because I got my new £750 gaming pc yesterday, experiencing super frames but I still can't play properly any more because of this :<
Can we have a fix for winterfest? :3

I posted to them using their support system. I gave them a bug report and the person working on support atm told me that a few people have had this issue and they've transferred it to the developers so soon we will probably be safe in the knowledge that we can happily stand around in Haven all day long ;D
Just a tip, if you have a friend in Haven if you "join" them there it seems to work. Hopefully this helps you while they fix the problem.

Solution : Log out and Log in again. Try several times. If not, just quit and launch the game again. It seems to easily fix the bug.
