Excuse me, I'm new to this game, and I'm only able to play om my grandmother's computer and to my own. Whenever a try to play on my own, it's super slow, but when I play it on my grandma's computer, it loads fast.

Also, what exactly do you mean by slow? You mean that it loads slowly? You mean that the in-game animations are slow? Stuttery? What? Different kinds of slowness can have very different causes.
Also, where are these computers, geographically? Distance through the Internet to Three Rings' servers can affect your experience.
Can you list down the specs of your computer and your grandmother's computer?
