I have been attempting to do these Rank 4-3 Mission 2-3 times now and they wont update... After I finish one of the monster mission it says Congratulations and shows my Rank bar but it never increases.
This has happened to all of the Rank 4-3 Missions.

http://i.imgur.com/zBlXuuH.jpg - You can see on the chat that it says the error message after I have completed the Elemental My Dear mission. I have tried the same mission 3-4 times but the same message appears.

I would like to know what is going on....
From what I see, it shows you have completed Elemental My Dear and the Monstrous Research, therefore you can't (and won't) do the Monstrous Research mission again.
Perhaps you are a returning player, as seen by your vog cub suit. Here's what I would say. The symbol at the top right of the mission icon shows your completion, now it shows a gold icon with 2 swords and a shield on your Monstrous Research, showing it is completed. The same is said for Elemental My Dear, showing you've completed it, and iirc, it is a dialogue mission, with no actual clockworks adventuring. You won't receive the same end rewards if it's already completed.
Are you having troubles with the Rescues and Recycling, and Shocking Sentient Sentries mission instead?
