Recently, I have been so bored since i could not find any orbs to level up all my gear to 4* (I am a knight Elite)
So I started working on some achievements. I leveled up one of my 3* weapon to level 10 but i didn't get the achievement and i also completed tier 2 in 1 expedition without reviving with CE or Sparks but i still did not get the achievement

Maybe that was a pre-forge achievement, in which case it's now unacquirable, like Master Minor.

Ok then, i might try some other achievements and see if they work. But they should get rid of that achievement if it is no longer acquirable.
Did you die at all in the expedition? The ER counts.
