I'm a knight elite, wanting levi Acheron vog and BTS, so im curious. Is there a permanent weapon slot upgrade? And im F2p all the way

The costs for weapon and trinket slot upgrades are well within the F2Per's reach. They cost 250 energy and 150 energy respectively. If 100 energy costs 8,000 crowns, then they cost 20,000 crowns and 12,000 crowns respectively. You get about 11,000 crowns from a single elite FSC run (including the value of tokens).
By the way, once you're carrying two swords there is not much reason to carry Leviathan Blade. You might find my detailed sword guide helpful.
There isn't at this moment. However, at the end game, you could afford buying weapon slot forever by grinding FSC ~4 times per month.
