These are my ideas for Danger Missions.

Subterranean Hurricane
This is a Danger Mission that combines three very unfair elements: Gremlins, Freeze and Shock. This is mainly inspired by Ghosts in the Machine, hence why there is Shock mixed in and there is a boss inspired by The Big Iron. It's also inspired by Shroud of the Apocrea.

Description:
Warning: This is a Dangerous Mission! Desna and her Recon Rangers are an elite team tasked with recovering intel from some of the most dangerous levels of the Clockworks. Joining them could lead to great rewards, but it is guaranteed to be a perilous journey!

Spiral HQ scouts have discovered some sort of gremlin weather control facility. Most of the transmissions were abruptly stopped due abnormal weather conditions. Spiral HQ suspects foul play and has sent Desna's Recon Rangers to investigate and, if possible, shut down the nightmarish machine due to it's potential to damage the clockworks with high-speed winds and tornadoes with windspeeds that are unearthly and incapable of being measured.

There are four levels instead of three for an unusual thing...

Level One: Windy Labyrinth
This level plays like a usual Gremlin themed Cooling Chamber. After getting to the second party button which would usually lower the gate to the elevator, both gates close and refuse to open. Just like in Shroud of the Apocrea, the level is abruptly ended. A tornado approaches and sweeps the party away, ending the level.

Level Two: Core Room
In contrast to previous missions, you fight the boss at the beginning of the level which is unlike the Big Iron nor Maulos. There is an arsenal station to prepare for the anarchy that will ensue. When you approach the boss, an alarm sounds and the fight begins.

BOSS: Reactor Core
Part of the construct family, does not belong to a specific family. Has no weakness, resistance or immunity to anything.

The Reactor Core has three phases. The first has the core's color being blue, indicating it's attacks will deal shock. Throughout the battle, radiation from the core will slowly damage knights with elemental damage that cannot be blocked or avoided. The damage is dealt once every minute and thirty seconds, meaning that knights will have to act fast. The radiation begins when you approach the core and attempt to attack it.

It has three attacks in it's first phase. The first one is to use a laser attack that has a harder to see telegraph. The second is to put up a shield which negates all damage except a certain type (normal, shadow, elemental or piercing), that when destroyed will not be put up again. The third is an attack similar to the Apocrean Gaze that will sweep around the circular room in a 360 pattern.

When it's health is depleted, it will begin to meltdown, increasing the damage dealt by radiation and inflict an attack down debuff on knights. In phase two, it instead deals freeze as noticed by the core turing white. It gains the power to summon Cryo Knights to assist it in battle. It also is able to use burrowing wires to restrain knights like the Apocrean Grip attack.

In it's final phase, the core explodes into a tornadic black hole. It loses all it's powers and only can suck knights in slowly. If they're caught in it, it deals massive shadow damage and if they survive, will be inflicted with stun, freeze and shock. The radiation stops here. Once it is defeated, a klaxon sounds and a shout bubble message appears on the screen in the room stating the following:

"Reactor Core has gone critical. Evacuate immediately. Evacuate immdiately."
There's a short pathway to follow to the elevator that has some gremlin thwackers wanting to get revenge for you blowing up their core.

Level Three: Storm Containment
The gimmick of this level is tornadic currents which are used to get around the collapsing facility. Walking into one will bring you over to another part of the level. The facility is collapsing due to storm currents tearing it apart due to the gremlins losing control of the containment. At the end is an arena fight against lots of gremlins, with the last wave comprising of 4 Cryo Knights, 4 Volt Knights, 2 Menders (of Ironclaw or Darkfang origin), 12 Thwackers (of Ironclaw or Darkfang origin) and 2 Demos (of Ironclaw or Darkfang origin). When you get on the lift, you're taken to your reward for clearing this challenge.

Treasure Level: Storage Room
Inside are a box arrangement akin to Legion of Almire and a large row of computers in the middle that all say the following:
"Operations on Project Helios are underway as ordered by Warmaster Seerus. The project is set on creating a natural weapon of mass destruction that is capable of using brute force to rip apart even structures made of very tough materials. Test have gone smoothly and preparations to experiment this on the town of Emberlight are set in motion."
Of course you aborted this project by destroying the entire thing. Hint: the best solution to a problem is to blow it up.

I'll have more ideas and art concepts soon.
