So I requested to the Spiral Knights Support Request to have my unused Proto Crest transferred from my first player (deleted) to my second player, they replied that they have transferred the Proto Crest but it is not in my accessories. Do I have to wait because they did not mention it & I am not lying for another crest for the sceptical people.

I think they will generally send the item using the in-game mail system. However, If you delete that message, or don't accept the item within 30 days, it will be gone forever. $0.02
