Requested Item isn't with my player, do I have to wait?

So I requested to the Spiral Knights Support Request to have my unused Proto Crest transferred from my first player (deleted) to my second player, they replied that they have transferred the Proto Crest but it is not in my accessories. Do I have to wait because they did not mention it & I am not lying for another crest for the sceptical people.

Check your mail?

I think they will generally send the item using the in-game mail system. However, If you delete that message, or don't accept the item within 30 days, it will be gone forever. $0.02

Just got it a few seconds ago :)

Okay I literally just got the Proto Crest a few seconds ago :)

Also Three Rings already made it so that there is no real need for alts anyway. It woupd be considered cheating.

Straight-Line, you likely have no idea what you're talking about. There are plenty of uses for alts, none of which are "cheating" in the slightest.
