The Year of the Horse! (Don't these costumes look cool?!)
I'm excited to see these new costumes in game!
However, I'm bummed out that I just spent $10 on energy... at the time I thought it was a cool coincidence that there was a promo coming out just as I was about to buy energy. If I would have known this update was coming, I would have waited, since I would much rather have these costumes rather than Rose stuff.
Please discuss your thoughts on this event.
Do they offer protection?
I always wanted a forever trojan mask, so this makes me happy.
Even with these helms and armors... We still can't be big and muscular like the real wardens.
IDEA: Make a warden shield that acts just like the ironmight plate shield.

The crystal is a back accessory like the ones found on the backs of trojans.

These might as well have been released as Ancient Plate reskins. Or Ironmight/Volcanic 'cause those are pretty damn meh.

I so want to be a Trojan...but I can't buy the promo stuff since I only get to buy stuff once a month!
I've been refusing to buy the promos from this month. Wake me up when OOO fixes the lag bugs they added in October. I won't be funding updates that aren't bug fixes and/or new content.

The Steam community has put up with F2P for a long time and SK being another shallow copy of any F2P out there (and what it was once.) I can't blame them. I feel the same way about the Horse update.
Unecessary, shoving OOO opinion down customer throath, not to mention not original... (put a cool plume in preview from AH then get a cool trojan tail and try to come with an arguement to make me think it is not the same exact skin but 10-25% bigger). Also the drop rate are laughable. I think it's the lowest % that a prize box ever had to get something WORTH. Baleful aura + pris ruinous = 1% + 0.5% and the rest is all color trojan tail and all color warden helm/armor.
All I see from this update is 1 new art armor, 1 new accessory art that is worth 40k ce and a lot of laziness around the corner....
I was excited to get the armors, until I found out that the hands aren't symmetrical, the huge neck collar is part of the helmet, not the armor, & the torso/legs looking odd.
Guess I'll just try to get one of the Helmets instead. Really, the Spiral Plate line matches the Helmets better than the armors.
