It could be next wed. As anyone guess, but its random. If you really want to get a black kat hat, you're gonna have to save up crowns in that piggy bank called inventory and buy it off someone.

My guess is that it'll be back next wednesday. Once half a year seems accurate enough and next wednesday is pretty dang close to one year since initial release.

By the way, it's theoretically possible to buy a book from someone and do the Margrel fight right now. But that would probably be pretty expensive.
