i got all tier 2 items. the big guy infront of the red barrier said i was cool now to go on ahead. and i couldn't i tried the gate neerby and it took me home. and when i went down again. i still had the same problem. i couldn't go past the red barrier. i was told to contact the gm by team members. so i just removed myself and looked around for away to ask for help. this is what i found.

Make sure that you finish the conversation by clicking the responses at the bottom of the dialog box. Do not click the 'x'. Do not walk away.
If that doesn't help, to contact a GM, click on the gear at the top-left, choose Support. Then, you want to click on "Support Request" and fill out the form that opens in your web browser. A GM should be along to help you shortly.
