All this does is give the player a option of open the auction house menu where ever (including loading screens, lockdown and blast networks). I have four ideas on how this will be implemented.
1. You get the a button (with hot key and all) in the options menu straight up.
2. A portable auction house item (communicator most likely) is given to you in one of the early talk missions, by the auction house, command or lab NPC's.
3. A portable auction house item as a constant or (semi-rare, thought fairness could get in the way of that) featured sale in the AH for 10,000cr (so people don't create new characters just to spam the system and not so expensive that only the end game people get the advantage).
$$$4$$$. Same as '3.' thought the player is charged a small amount ce or cr per use, with higher price when in missions, arcade, lockdown, blast networks to prevent infinite sparks of life and increase "donations" to OOO.
