This new stratum could possibly hold all of the radiants we all so badly want=-
The way rads are coded into Shadow Lairs, they technically form a "Stratum 7".
I highly doubt the interpretation of "radiant crystals" being in new stratos, being given the fact Clotho precluded the current existence of radiant crystals. There currently is an area to receive quantification per crystals obtained. No one official ever said anything about the core opening. Ever at all since like beta. All they said was that there would be a new T3 boss and gave us a picture of a Franken-Torto.
it would also contain harder monsters/levels that end game people want badly ... if ever that's the case ............ we can only speculate at this point
they said theyll be adding a T3 boss but didnt say if it was Dark-Torto-thing
