Several stipulations concerning these listings:

1. Counterbid minimum is 10% of the previous value: while this is not a hard and fast rule please re-frame from bidding only slightly higher than the previous value of the bid. Bidding an extra cr/ce than the last. It's a waste of my time to simply keep updating these pages because two guys think it's funny to raise their offers by the narrowest of margins. Any counter offer that is received that does not fall into the general 10% range will be discredited.

2. If you contact me in-game, leave a message here: As a general courtesy, if you make an offer in-game or are looking to get in touch with me on a more private basis, please leave a message here that you have done so. It lets me serve you better and allows me to be more timely with my replies. I can't log in constantly to check for new messages, but I can frequently check the thread for new posts. So please, help me help you.

3. Item reservations will only be made for substantial offers: Item reservations will only be extended to individuals willing to devote a large sum of capital sometime in the near future but are short on funds right now. Unless you are willing to offer a fairly large sum of currency I reserve the right to reject your reservation request and bidding will continue as normal. If your reservation request is accepted you will have the alloted given time (normally no longer than a week) to produce the promised funds and make the trade. If you fail to meet your deadline, the item will once again return to standard bidding receding to the highest most recent offer. Additionally (although unlikely), should an offer far exceed your promised reservation price the item will revert to normal bidding. Due to both the aforementioned reasons, bidding may continue even after an item has been 'reserved'.
