So I guess this is basically just a thread telling what kind if stats you want for new shields? Doesn't seem too creative to me, but whatever.

That means that now players can attain MSI Maximum, which is approximately the same speed as a Speed Orb, except permanent. -1 to that.

Pierce? How does an enormous blade taller than some knights do piercing damage? It's supposed to bypass armor, not cleave it in two. Also, shock? Doesn't that do elemental damage?

Interesting. I'm going to be neutral here since it might make the Azure line less sucky, but doesn't practically match up with elemental's consistent flowy robes.
