I started the game but it won't start. I tried everything like updating the java and restarting all the time, the error says:
THE APPLICATION HAS FAILED TO LAUNCH DUE TO FOLLOWING ERROR:
UNEXPECTED END OF FROM FILE SERVER.
pls help me :)

Game will not start either
Hello,
I've been playing the game since the beginning of May now, never had an issue. I have a macbook and the game quality is perfect. I last played the game on Thursday May 26th and the following day I couldn't launch the game, I couldn't even log on the website, my username was not accepted nor was my email address recognized, my account has been completely wipe out. On Friday, redid an account with the same username and password of my failed account... I have downloaded the program again and again and tried to re-launch it and it doesn't work at all. It's Saturday now and still nothing is working for me.
Help please!

Nevermoon, you need to start your own thread and stop making multiple posts about the same issue. Hijacking someone else's thread may actually reduce the chances of your issue being seen and addressed.
If you suspect that your account has been deleted, you need to contact Three Rings for help: https://www.spiralknights.com/support/#mail
It is possible but EXTREMELY unlikely that you were banned and had your account deleted because of mistaken identity or some other strange bug.

Wont play either
Mine wont play either every time i click play the site crashes and windows cant restore it because the site has a problem but the home page works and the forums and the media but i cant play! Super annoying! Can anyone help me?
What operating system? What are your system specs? Have you been able to run the game in the past, or are you just trying it for the first time? Did you reboot between upgrading Java and trying to play again? Are you using the browser version or the donwloaded version? Can you show us a screenshot of the error or paste its message in a post?
