There are so many unorganized giveaways that either rely on number generating sites, and trust that the winners aren't predertermined within the group that it had me wondering if there was any way to fix it. And then I read This post about how the winners will be announced alongside confetti. But what if the confetti Choose The winner? OOO Could sell "Lottery Confetti" that, when it was used, could reveal a random number from 1-99 alongside some sparks or something. It would help the community projects and giveaways a bunch, (and be a neat item to use in treasure vault stories).

The only problem I can see with this kind of confetti would be when more than 100 people wanted to join in on a raffle.
