I want to try and sell a helm, though it won't be very popular... It's a Mercurial Helm with [Cool Eye of Fury], [Golden Laurel] and [Prismatic Birthday Candle]. I don't really know an appropriate price for it - also, I don't have the unbinding energy for it.
Should I price it with the unbinding cost applied? This is my first time needing to sell something via forum, any help is appreciated. If you're interested, that's even better... maybe?

A lot of sellers usually price the item with the unbind fee included, either way you should state if they fee is included or not so its clear to the buyer. Considering that it doesn't have a UV on it I would say the b/o should be 6k Ce (Unbind Included)? Maybe... I could be wrong.
