is just me or SK has a problem or the steam why i can't play? it keeps disconnecting, my internet connection was fine, but i can't play last night until now

Just a suggestion... Are you perhaps, or is anyone in your house, using the client: Spotify? It's a music program (client) to listen to music for free but it has a dark secret that people normally don't know about:
It has a hidden P2P feature making it use 100% of your upload bandwidth due to continuous uploading. (It has no bandwidth limiter built-in)
The webplayer version doesn't have this hidden P2P feature so it won't cause any problem. Though yea, if anyone in your house is using Spotify it will affect everyone who uses the same connection.
So far I myself am not having any problems. Though I instantly know when my sister secretly uses Spotify: When my connection goes full re****.
