Let me add one thing refering to catalyzer's mechanic: You can create orbs in lockdown, but since there is a short time of invincibility after a player gets hit, it won't unleash the whole damage.
And yes, you can activate any catalyzer's orb with *any* other catalyzer.
Example: Biohazard orbs from me can be activated by a 2* Catalyzer of someone else in the group.

Actually Jenova, I've done extensive testing with Biohazard and Neutralizer in Lockdown, and we've come to the conclusion that it's just broken in that game mode. The explosion's knockback happens, and effects (ex: poison) and rather strangely too (it affects enemies AND teammates), but no damage.
There are ways to avoid the invincibility frames (ex: if the target is shocked or holding a charge), and that's how we tested it to make sure. There's also that bit of tagging an enemy with a charge and detonating it on his teammates.
The only damage you can deal in lockdown is from the normal shots :\
If you want to recreate the experiments to see if they've changed, keep that in mind and try it yourself. I've long since stopped trying to do charge damage with that gun.

Note on that note
The initial shot causes invincibility frames. If the person is in a group, then the group members will be hurt from the explosion.
Also, it's very handy for marking recons, as the orb doesn't turn invisible.
