If anyone has some good experience using the above UV's can you please share how fast it really is? And on what item ?

Put on a vog cub coat and cap. Just make sure the weapons you're testing it with don't have an ASI UV on them. If you don't have those, eh.. I dunno. Get a swiftstrike or something. o.o

Lots of people have posted on this. Search the forums for IAS (increased attack speed) and CTR (Charge Time Reduction)

I'd post specifics, but don't know them.
