Aero Edge.
Spur->Arc Razor->Whirling Slasher-> Aero Edge
Whirling Slasher (Does elemental damage)
Desc: This windy blade will blow your enemies away!
Ability: High speed slashes.
Charge: Rather than a disc it launches a gust that pushes enemies back. Minimal Damage.
Aero Edge (Does elemental damage) (Small Chanc of Light Stun on Charge Attack)
Desc: A high speed blade infused with the power of the wind, it's so strong it will BLOW your mind.
Ability: High speed slashes, small gust on each slash.
Charge: Full 360 tornado that pushes enemies back on all sides, does decent damage.
Fun Weapon, right?
Brandish->Cautery Sword->Surgeon Saw->Meditech Blade.
Surgeon Saw (Normal Damage) (Small chance of Weak Poison)
Desc: Old habits die hard my friend. Especially if they're rusty.
Ability: Slime Damage Bonus Very High.
Charge: Series of rusty brown bursts. (4)
Meditech Blade:
Desc: New Spiral Order surveys suggest that medics need weaponry aswell!
Ability: Slime Damage Bonus MAX! Small (2.5%) chance to heal wielder on each strike/
Charge: Series of red, heart shaped, bursts. (5)
Cautery Completed!

Whirling Slasher: Seems okay. To me it sounds like it is a weapon that can be compared to a pulsar: lower damage output, but keeps enemies at distance.
Aero Edge: I like the whole *wind* idea here, exspecially since wind got nice potential but isn't used much in SK yet. But keep in mind, that the way you described your weapon it has high attack speed, distance and knowckback, so it must not be dealing too high damage. As spamm and keeping-monsters-away-from-you weapon it is pretty cool and sounds like I would love to craft it :)
Surgeon Saw: Well... As an improvement of the Cautery Sword it is okay, if the 5* is meant to deal damage. If it is meant to heal, it is a bad preleader, because a healing weapon will get its power in healing, not in delivering damage (explanation below).
Meditech Blade: As much as I like the idea of a healing weapon, I do not think that it fits to the current game, if it is simply healing without drawbacks.
With your sword, everyone could fully heal up after each room/boss/party button and this could be done even while fighting since Meditec Blade would work just like each other Brandish and it would deliver decent damage, too.
You can't combine power, safety and restoration into one single weapon and call it balanced.
But there has been a Cautery Sword suggestion before in which the owner suggested that attacking monsters will fill the charge of a 4* or 5* cautery sword and when he killed enough monsters with this obviously weak sword, he can deliver a healing charge and heals team mates in a close range (those who are patient enough to stand in charge attack range). An alt char could not use this, because he is not supposed to kill stuff and you can't heal up in front of party buttons, because there are usually no living enemies left.
However, if you just want to get a 5* Damage version, your sword idea will work (completely cancelling the healing part). It would work, but it is kinda sad to leave the whole healing reference unused.
