I have two questions about the ability section of weapons in the wiki. My first question is what exactly this area is for. Is it for weapons that have guaranteed abilities like "Increased Damage vs Jellies: Ultra," or is this where we can place notes such as "Has a chance to freeze enemies" (or possibly both)?

My second question is how do you actually change this section? Using the gun recipes as a basis, I can't figure out where the ability section is actually found, or how I would go about modifying it.

An idea for the wiki: Document the levels. I'm thinking along these lines:

1. What family group the level is a part of.
1a: If known, which minerals result in the creation.
1b: Does the color of the level's icon match the color of the minerals needed to build it? Is there any control besides mineral color?

2. Expected monster families
-- Some levels generate lots of jelly creatures.
-- Some generate lots of wolf creatures
-- Etc.

3. Expected reward types
-- Some generate minerals
-- Some are crown heavy
-- Some are heat heavy
-- Most will be mixed

4. Expected difficulty

I've been working on giving the equipment sections in the Wiki a bit of a functional overhaul, and now armor and helmets have stat tables and individual item pages. I'll do the same for weapons and shields soon. Now we just need people who own armors to add the stats!

Wiki General Thread

This thread is for the purpose of eliminating some of the clutter I've been creating (derp) by going around and posting general stuff in other people's threads.
That doesn't mean disregard the respective threads; the Beastiary and Crafting threads for example.

I'll try to keep this post relatively updated, but basically I'll put templates and other pertinent information here.

Does anyone have any suggestions for how to take a decent screenshot of weapons and such? I've thought about using the equip screen to take a picture of my Spur sword, but it's either at a strange angle or obscured.

I know there's the whole "look at the models via the files" buisness, but I am nowhere near competent to even think of that route.

Any ideas?

Hello! I thought the crafting page could be updated to include all known types of materials, plus images. To do that, the number of material types will probably have to expand. Below I have a list of materials I am aware of, put into groups according to their icon.
