So I'm pretty new to this game. I saw that some items have the yellow ability and just read they're unique variants.

How do I get one on my equipment? Also, I noticed they have low, medium, and high. How do I receive a high one?

But i havent played in a while just got into it a few weeks ago.
And today i found two new things.

Whild going down to M. Manor , ( i think either one lvl before or after ) I found a group of NPC nights just hanging out right before the elevator.
You could go up to them and talk with them. But all they said was basic advice about weapons.
