If I have a helm & an armor with the same stats (e.g. Mighty Cobalt helm & mighty cobalt armor), do their stats add up or is it just a waste?

BTW, do the status resist of a shield work only when you use it, or do they work pasively just by having the shield in your equipment?

I have seen some people bidding amounts of more than 100k ce for items in the bazaar forums, but when I am in game my ce meter only has 5 digits. Can someone please explain how this works? Does it just add another 0 to the ce meter?

According to the Wiki, t's possible to get the following UVs on a weapon:

Low (worth 1 "point")
Medium (worth 2 "points")
High (worth 3 "points")
Very High (worth 4 "points")

However, it's possible to get the following UVs on helm/shield/armor:

Low (worth 1 "point")
Medium (worth 2 "points")
High (worth 3 "points")
Maximum! (worth ???)

Is "Maximum!" on helm/shield/armor worth the same as "Very High" on a weapon?

I'd like to unbind my Wolver Coat from my knight, Turwaithiel, and get it to my other knight, Saerwen.
If I do this, would any accessories I have on it be destroyed as if I were taking them off? I don't believe I saw this information on the Wiki.

well, been playing since the game started on kongregate.
i've been thinking that i should "migrate" to this account, but I'm not sure if it is worth it.
on the kong account I'm tier 2 and i just got 3 uv's on my first twisted snarble barb so i was thinking should I unbind it sell it, and use the cr to get my stuff to the other account, should I use the money to get better stuff and stay on my kong account or should I keep the twisted barb?

So I got a decision to make.
I got a blast Bomb and I can either craft more of these or a super blast bomb.
The goal would be obviously to get the charge time reduction UV.
But the chances are low. Also I am pretty new;T2 stuff.
So should I just get the Super Blast Bomb first?

I use the demo set parts,helm and armor,so I already got some charge time reduction.
