I'm able to farm T2 relatively well now with the gear I have on. My plan is to to farm T2 until I get 2 star weapons with really great UVs, then upgrade them myself to 5 star. Does this sound reasonable? Or is it better to farm instead for a premade 5 star item?

Also, what are the best UVs I should search for to play as a Swordsman on my weapons/armor? And which sword should I aim for first?

Thats from the wiki. But a lot of ppl say that weapon UV's can also stack to maximum. So whats the truth? :O

So, I began playing three days ago and I've currently managed to make a 4* helm (Seraphic) and Sword (Blazebrand). I know they aren't ideal, but they're what I had the materials/recipes for and what was affordable at the time.

The rest of my gear:

Bomb: Deconstructor
Armor: Wolver
Gun: Super Stun Gun (I have a cryotech but I'm keeping it unbound so I can have somebody craft the Mk II for me)
Shield: Swiftstrike (imagine my dismay when I looked at the wiki and found out it caps at 3* -_- ) and Drake Scale Shield. The wiki doesn't say where to get the Wyvern recipe :X

I keep seeing terms like CTR and CC and it would be helpful if there was some reference as to what these terms all mean.

I have finished my objective which is to get 2 star stuff then it tells me to go to the spiral warden. I want to know how do I get there. Please a step by step.

Maybe I've just been on at the wrong time, but after nearly a week I have yet to see any of the non-permanent gates launch. I notice that they generally are not completed very far when I go to deposit minerals, and was wondering what happens when the launch time comes and the gate is not finished? Do the empty slots randomize, or does the gate fail to launch and start over?

I'm a bit curious about the defensive stats on shields.
My understanding is that, unlike armor and helmets (which provide their defensive bonuses always) shields' stats are only functional when actively guarding?

Does this include status effects?
Example: I have an Owlite Shield which provides exceptional defense against Fire and Shock - does this mean that as long as I'm carrying the shield, my resistance to those two status effects is increased, or does that mean that when I'm actively defending my resistance to those statuses is increased?

Is there a way to view your overall stats?

like atk spd, resists, defense info, total health, that kind of thing?

For the life of me I can't find it on the in game menus..
