I am forging a 3 star to four star; after one Jk elevator, I am heated one level--each time, so I must quit the mission, forge the level and start all over: so to heat the 3 star to four star I must repeat this process five times; then of course, the four star gets heated one level or one half, then quit, forge, start all over. I would think that even if I get heated to one level, the subsequent mission heat would carry over to the next forgin, but the way it is, I must always quit missions just to forge one level. This seems very silly.

I came back to SK a couple weeks ago, and completely missed the last Kat event. I've got my 200 pages (horray!), but I'm not ready to commit to a Kat Cowl yet. When the event ends, will I still be able to buy hoods and fetishes, and will I be able to craft it up to a cowl? Or do I need to hurry up and spend my pages now and start grinding heat like crazy?

I have gathered from previous topics that Vengeful Quills and Deadly Shadow Cloak are considered the best ultimate skills for the pet. What I do not know about is the Haze.

Haunted Haze seems good for large, low-health enemy crowds.

Chaotic Haze seems more like a chance with the whole status thing.

I can't really figure out which would be better. Since Haunted Haze's special ability only activates when an enemy dies, would that mean it would be virtually useless in places like FSC?

I recently started playing a chose to follow the striker path since it was a fast hitting class. I did not realize that it is very weak and gets killed quite easily in PvE. I currently have the following setup.

Dusker Cap
Dusker Coat
Great Defender
Striker
Blaster

What really pisses me off is that in order to craft a different gear you need the the gear before it...? Which [bucket] thought that up?
Can someone please explain what gear I should be going for in order to survive lower depths.

I'm sure many of you knights know the basics of damage and how damage colours correspond to how effective the damage being dealt is. etc.

So my question is, why does the damage appear as normal (blue) damage when you are dealing very high damage?

ie depth, mission types (arcade, boss, rank, prestige, danger) , number of people in a party, arcade over missions or vice versa, tier, mission/arcade difficulty

what is the meaning of the symbol (crossed swords and shield) on all the missions in the selection screen?
