I'd like to know if this freezing vaporizer I rolled the other day is worth anything at all, or whether it's more of less scrap. The UV on it is Very High Damage Bonus vs Fiends. Although this is far from the ideal UV you could have, I thought it's usefulness could lie in doing that bit more damage to the dodge-y menaces, the devlites!
