Is a haze bomb with a low uv to construct worth anything, or am I better off vendoring it?

EDIT: Is a Medium damage to Gremlins worth anything? What are some UVs you'd be willing to buy?

Hello!
Selling my VH IAS Nightblade. Looking for at least 15k CE - maybe 20k.
This baby maxes out attack speed with only one Vog piece but is still fast as hell alone. Gremlins/Jellies will be easy mode as they wont be able to hit you inbetween the Hits. I got an IAS UV on my Nightblade myself and would pick that any day over a CTR.
