What are the normal prices for all of the Deluxe Starter Pack items in crowns (auction house)?

I'm not interested in selling them - I'm a collector and just bought a Chilling Duelist and Green Ward, so I want to know if it was a good price, bad price, moderate/normal price, or lucky to have found it at all.

I also want to know how much each item generally costs.
