Help! When I log onto SK, it brings me to Haven. It loads, and on 100% it stops. Then, my comp freezes but my mouse still can move. There is no choice so I had to turn the comp off. Then I turned it back on, and I tried again. Before it got to 100%, I tried to join I not o admission lobby. When I clicked M, my Vanguard rank at the top said " Current Rank " and the description said asdfgh. I got scared, and clicked F6 to join the guild. It did not show my guild and all my friends/guildmates were shown offline. Pls help.

It sounds like something has gone wrong with your installation of spiral knights. You can usually fix a problem like this by re-installing Spiral Knights. I you play Spiral Knights by launching it from this website all you'll need to do is delete the current install and then go to the Play page. It will re-download everything automatically when you try to launch it again. You won't lose any in-game progress by doing this. These are instructions for a Windows install, if you happen to have a different kind of computer or installed Spiral Knights in a different location please reply back with the extra information.
1) Open the file explorer
2) In the address bar in the top type
%appdata%/../LocalLowand press Enter.3) I this new location you should see a folder called "spiral", delete it.
4) Re-install the game by going to the Play page.
