i tried relogging 5-6 times and keep getting the same message. i think someone else might be using my SK account somehow. did i just get hacked? please help!

Either Steam is experiencing a bug or the game's down for Steam users. Either way, this ain't a hack.
You haven't been hacked, you're just seeing a helpful tip for one of the possible causes of the message. Going by Steam's stats page it looks like there's been a hiccup on their end. It looks like things are recovering, so it should be back to normal soon.
Steam is just being its usual steaming pile of [REDACTED] self. Don't worry. Your account is 99% sure to be safe.

You are not hacked. It is just some sort of technical issue that Steam is having.
