Greetings,

Could you please post some more information? There are many possibilities for why this happens.

Please reply back with:
- Your processor
- Memory
- Video card

If you’re unsure where to find this information, please follow the instructions on the wiki.

Also, please attach copies of your projectx and launcher log files when you reply. These files may be in a different location depending on how Spiral Knights was installed. Some common locations are:
- Windows on Web Browser: C:\Users\<windows user name>\AppData\LocalLow\spiral
- OS X on Web Browser: ~/Library/Application Support/spiral/

If they're not there, please try to use your operating system's search function to look for projectx.log and launcher.log

Greetings,

The error in your projectx log file usually occurs when the graphics driver doesn't initialize the 3D graphics properly when starting the game. This can usually be fixed by updating the graphics driver. Please try downloading and installing the current graphics drier NVidia publishes for your graphics card.
