When i download to 96%, the game crashes and and won't finish loading. I've tried multiple times and then the game still won't work. Please help. It also has gotten to 99%, then crashes again. I can't download the new update. >:(

It may be Norton security, because it says blocked threat: suspicious cloud every time i attempt the update.
