spiral knights wont open because Java isn't compatible

im trying to get spiral knights to work on an arabic toshiba laptop, but after i downloaded the game it simply wont open. I ran a diagnostic on it and it said Javaw, it has that w, is not compatible. So i downloaded a new java but it still refuses to pop up.

please help me

How are you running it? What sort of diagnostic?
Java is used on the standalone and steam client. Javaw might be used for in-browser.

Can you please check what version of Java is installed on your laptop? The easiest way to do this is to use the Command Prompt built into Windows.

  1. Open the Command Prompt or cmd from the Start Menu.
  2. In the new window type java -version and press Enter
  3. If the Java version printed is less than 1.6 Spiral Knihhts will not be able to run

If your installed Java version is too old please uninstall it and then install the most recent version from java.com.
