It's been a while since I looked at this problem, but now comes a time where I actually NEED to solve it.
It was the issue with the Steam Overlay and Enabling steam community in game. Whenever I enable it, my Game would crash on startup.
So, the quick fix to that was to disable steam community in game. Now comes a time where i would like to purchase some energy and prize boxes for the new events, but since I can't enable steam community I can't access my steam wallet. Is there any way I can purchase energy from my steam wallet without enabling the steam overlay? Or to solve this problem once and for all.......... could you fix this steam overlay problem??????

Unfortunately, this has been a long-standing problem for some (reference).
Additionally, I am much better at troubleshooting when I personally have the problem. This makes it difficult because I don't have the problem on any of the 3 systems I have access to.
There are a couple suggestions in the other thread, but so far none of them have been confirmed to work.
I'm wondering if we could get a pre-Dec 3rd steam overlay download with a functioning overlay and have it talk with steam to work as needed.
If all else fails, there is definitely a quick fix for this. Use a different computer to log on and buy the energy :D
Also you might want to move this to technical issues forum by editing the OP and using the drop down menu. If you do this, then a GM might find it and know more about manipulating the game client into working than I do.
