About Loadouts in SK

Why doesnt OOO make an easier way to edit loadouts? Why doesnt OOO put an option for us to edit the name of the loadout and edit the weapons in the loadout easily? Why does a loadout with 3* gears not automaticly changed into 4* gears when the owner upgraded his own gear from 3* to 4*?
Im not putting this into the Suggestion section becuz there has to be a reason why OOO not make an easier way to edit loadout.
It's just user interface design. They could add these features to increase your convenience, but the system that they have is already "good enough", and there is higher-priority work to be done.
