I dont know whats going on in terms of the testing server. Whenever I try to go on it it always says "game not open to the public". Now here is the part where I am confused. It always does this every time i try to join the testing server. It never did this for the first few days the testing server began. But then i left for a month and came back and now i cant get on. Is the testing server just down every time i try or can i not join anymore for some reason?

They only have it up for a limited amount of time when things are needed to be tested. They announce when it's open and so forth.
