I've been trying to contact support from Spiral Knights it's been a week already, to raise my account spendint limit. But everytime I click on some of the mailing contacts for support, the page does not load. Any help? Someone?

Wait, could this be connected to the fact Steam accounts can't log into wiki?
I made a non-steam account, logged into the forum - support - contact us. Still nothing... I can't figure this out, can't contact support directly (I know it used to work), and will be grateful if someone who can contacts support from my name and any other who can't do this and reports this issue, its rather serious (any advice would be a start).

The link in my previous comment ends with clotho suggesting emailing support directly without using the support portal (along with key aspects to mention in the body of the email).
Maybe you can post browser specs (what browser+version, javascript version, any script-related filtering/blockers) and Helios can troubleshoot it further?

Read this thread. Yes it is an old one, but the portal hasn't particularly changed much since then.
