Hello, i'm very new to the game but i've always been interested. I've actually played the game before, but only briefly, As in: never past the tutorial, for various reasons, but mostly because my old laptop was just not good enough to handle it (it was pretty bad).
Recently though, i've gotten a new laptop, and I decided that i'd finally try the game. Problem is, neither Steam, Web, OR download will launch Spiral Knights.
I first tried in Steam, but when I downloaded it and attempted to run it, it wouldn't do anything--not even come up. I'd just click it and nothing. But when i'd try to close Steam it would tell me to first close Spiral Knights and then it would stay open. Frustrated, I uninstalled it from my computer.
I figured it must have been something with Steam (as I had problems with downloading before through Steam) and since I had been able to run it before, and tried to get the game with the source. First I did the browser, downloading Java and then waiting for it to finish loading, only when the "Play" button came up and I pressed it, it'd go away for a few moments as if it were starting and then appear again. So I decided that the web client must've been buggy or something, so I just went ahead and downloaded it. I went through all the steps, aaaand it doesn't launch. So I try to launch it from the shortcut? Nothing. Try the application? Nothing. Run as administrator? Nada.

Video card: Mobile Intel(R) 4 Express Chipset Family
VC Memory: 1309MB

This is all pretty frustrating and discouraging, but i'm willing to actually get a solution to the problem so that I can play because the game looks very fun. So please, if anyone has a solution, let me know.
