Hey, first of all people, i haven't posted on these forums for a while and it's nice to be back. BUT, that's not what im talking about. I've been checking out the ideas for the devilite ceo recently and then i had an idea.... We haven't ever seen devilites on vacation yet...
So what if there was a boss called the Party manager, which would look like a pit boss wearing a party hat and holding a balloon? The setup of this level would be a large room with the party manager in it singing karaoke and holding his balloon, and there are ten balloons with the explosive timer thingies in front of the breakable stone all around the room, and when you come in he drops his mic and says "HEY! This is a private party!!" He spawns ten "vacation devilites" that look like devilite overtimers with blue eyes that throw phones at you. after defeating these, you have to go and destroy the balloons around the room without being hit by is mic which stuns you, and deals normal damage. after destroying all the balloons, he freaks out and starts restoring the balloons by running around to them and putting them back up. at this stage you can attack him, but he is completely immune to knockback and is running around pretty fast.
Stage 2: He runs back to his starting spot, picks up his mic and spawns two "party pups" reskinned rocket puppies that wear party hats and shoot little pellets that explode and make confetti on you, dealing the same amount of damage as rocket puppies. He also spawns 10 more vacation devilites. In this stage he will not only throw his mic, he will also shoot purple balloons at you, which deal pure shadow damage. Again, to deal damage to him destroy all balloons and attack him while he's running around restoring them.
These two stages will continue alternating as long as the manager is alive. As soon as you defeat him confetti will float down from the ceiling and you get four "party poppers" which you can trade in 12 to brinks for an "Overfilled Balloon"
Overfilled Balloon: Basic attack: a small air pellet that doesn't deal much damage but has great knockback. Can be shot three times before reloading. Charge Attack: You release a full whirlwind of air that resembles a large winmillion projectile. it deals as much damage as winmillion projectile, but has large knockback.
Please Tell me how i've done!!
Sounds interesting, I'm not sure Devilites get days off but it could be something Morgral'm ( Assistant Supervisor of Resource Allocations from Undercorp ) is trying out to see if it increases productivity. SK could intercept an invite and send some knights to investigate.
Release fiend related costumes and call it Operation Brimstone prior to this release.
The gun sounds like a pulsar with less damage and far more knockback making it an ideal crowd control gun.
This could be turned into an expansion mission like OCH or an event like the Tortodrones. While I am still waiting for a piercing themed event to show up I'd be happy so long as we get something new.
