I often join a party randomly, based on floor/number of players/gate/mission, rather than based on leader. Hence, in a 4 (or possibly even 3) player teams, I think it would be useful to be able to kick the leader, if all other players agree.

if someone goes AFK and said friend is impatient or even they're getting annoyed it would work
in FSC multiple times I had to hammer a friend into fire because the whole party got sick of waiting

I've been on-board for an idea like this since day 1. Rather than the leader getting to kick at-will, kicks should be initiated by any party member then put to a silent vote (without notifying the person to be kicked). If everyone else agrees that person should be kicked, then out they go.
Naturally this system wouldn't be available in parties of two. If you don't like the other guy, go solo.

so the leader would need everyone else to vote for said person to be kicked
